Cannot establish Bluetooth connection with
The PS5 is only compatible with USB-A or 3.5mm wired connections. remark:Bluetooth wireless connections are not supported.
The connection state cannot be maintained while playing games, resulting in disconnections.
If the controller disconnects during gameplay, it may be caused by wireless interference, USB connection stability, or pairing issues. Please try the following steps:
1、Re-pair the controller with the USB receiver.
2、Plug the receiver directly into a rear USB port on your computer instead of a USB hub.
3、Ensure the controller battery is fully charged.
4、Move the receiver closer to the controller and away from other wireless devices.
5、If possible, try switching between 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, or wired connection to test stability.
These steps usually resolve most connection issues. If the problem persists, please let us know your device model and connection method so we can assist you further.

2、Gently rotate the joystick in all directions several times and let it return to the center.
3、Try adjusting the joystick dead zone in the game settings.
4、Make sure the controller is fully charged and reconnect it.
5、If possible, test the controller using a wired connection to see if the issue persists.
These steps usually resolve most joystick drift issues. If the problem continues, please let us know your device model and connection method so we can assist you further.
What should I do if there is Bluetooth latency?
Input delay may sometimes be caused by wireless interference or connection mode. For the best performance, we recommend using the 2.4GHz wireless receiver or a wired connection and plugging the receiver directly into the computer.
This usually improves responsiveness during gameplay.
